As we all continue to grapple with the COVID-19 pandemic, we want you to know: 

  • Nothing matters more to us than the health of KONTEK staff & clients – and everyone who comes in contact with us. We instituted comprehensive safety protocols from the beginning, and will continue to make all necessary accommodations to ensure everyone’s safety. Safety first, safety last.  

  • As A/V integrators, KONTEK is categorized as an “essential service.” We have been operating at full capacity since the beginning of this crisis, and we hope to continue to do so. Our leadership team has been monitoring the directives of federal, state, and local authorities closely. We follow the advice of experts and remain vigilant in this changing landscape.

  • KONTEK remains fully staffed and operational. Our Account Managers, Design Engineers, Installers and Service/Support Teams are equipped with proper PPE for on-site visits. We can also meet with you using Zoom, Teams or any conferencing platform you prefer. Where there’s a will, there’s a way.

  • The COVID-19 pandemic has upended expectations of what A/V systems were originally designed to do. Our solutions-oriented designers, engineers and support technicians can help you get up to speed. Whether you need to modify your systems to accommodate remote working or distance learning, or you need help with Remote Support and Monitoring, KONTEK is here for you.
