[Support Technicians] Julian and Brandon truly went above and beyond last night. We experienced a loss of audio that was baffling me. I reached out for support, only expecting a phone call to maybe walk me through some suggestions. Instead, at 4:45 pm I look up at my Room 178 monitor and see someone in the room troubleshooting. As I zoom in, I see that it's Julian! Three seconds later, I see Brandon walk in behind him! I head down to the room, and they are already hard at work trying to figure out the problem. They quickly became as baffled as I was at the trouble we were having! Long story short, they stayed until 8:30 pm to make sure the issue was resolved!
This is customer service at its finest! (And I come from a Chick-fil-A background.) The KONTEK team from start to finish has truly won me over. Nothing but praise for you all. You guys and gals set the bar high.
